The organiser is Hipotekarna bank a.d. Podgorica, with the main office in Podgorica (address: Josipa Broza Tita no. 67, TIN 02085020), which organises a contest called "Pay and drive Premium" in order to promote its services and reward owners of Hipotekarna bank Premium Mastercards.
The length of the contest
The prize contest "Pay and drive Premium" shall last from September 10, 2021, to October 10, 2021.
How to participate
All clients and owners of Hipotekarna bank Premium Mastercards who used the said card between September 10, 2021, and October 10, 2021, have the right to participate if they made:
- a payment at POS terminals in the country and abroad,
- an online payment.
The condition for participating in the contest is:
- to make a minimum transaction/payment of 10 euros.
The winner will be picked by randomly selecting the name of the owner of the Hipotekarna Bank Premium Mastercard, using software specially designed for this occasion.
For each transaction (which is not a cash withdrawal from an ATM) and which amounts to a minimum of 10 euros, the name of the participant appears once in the database, which the software will use to randomly pick a winner.
A winner cannot be picked more than once.
For cash withdrawal transactions at ATMs and POS terminals, the cardholder's name does not appear in the database of potential winners.
The employees of Hipotekarna bank do not have the right to participate in the prize contest.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize contest participants do not have to pay a fee for participating in the prize contest.
Prize Fund:
The total value of the prize fund is € 45,990.00 (including VAT):
- 1 main prize, Renault Captur worth € 18,790.00 (1x € 18,790.00)
- 5 vouchers worth € 400.00 each for purchasing phones in Montenegrin Telekom (Crnogorski Telekom a.d.) 5x400.00 € = 2,000.00 €
- 14 vouchers worth € 200.00 each for purchases made in OKOV stores (OKOV d.o.o.) € 14x200.00 = € 2,800.00
- 14 vouchers worth € 200.00 each for purchases made in Tehnomax stores (Tehnomax d.o.o.) € 14x200.00 = € 2,800.00
- 14 vouchers worth € 200.00 each for purchases made in the following stores: Petit Bateau- 5 vouchers, Penny Black- 4 vouchers and Zegna- 5 vouchers (SAMMS d.o.o) € 14x200.00 = € 2,800.00
- 14 vouchers worth € 200.00 each for purchases made in Sport Vision stores (Sport vision d.o.o) € 14x200 = € 2,800.00
- 7 vouchers worth € 400.00 each for purchases made in the furniture salon Namos Dajković (Namos Dajkovic company d.o.o) € 7x400.00 = € 2,800.00
- 14 vouchers worth € 200.00 each for purchases made in Tenero Fashion stores (Tenero d.o.o) € 14x200.00 = € 2,800.00
- 14 vouchers worth € 200.00 each for purchases made in Kidsland (Donator d.o.o) € 14x200.00 = € 2,800.00
- 28 vouchers worth € 100.00 each for purchases made in Bar Kod Shop (Bar Kod Shop d.o.o) 28x100,00 € = 2.800,00 €

Drawing winners
The prize draw will take place on Prva TV on October 11, in a show that will be broadcast on October 12, 2021. The prize draw will be supervised by a three-member committee composed of employees of Hipotekarna bank ad Podgorica, who will monitor the regularity of the prize draw and make a Report.
The personal information of the card owner:
- name and surname
- address (street, number, place and postal code)
- phone number
Shall be used by the organiser of the prize contest exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize contest. This information is entered into the database of all participants in the prize contest from where the winners are drawn later.
The organisers may publish the names and photographs of the winners, and use them for advertising purposes regarding this prize draw, if necessary, without any obligation to give any compensation.
One person cannot receive more than one PRIZE but will be competing for the MAIN PRIZE.
The list of winners will be available on the website www.hipotekarnabanka.com and published in the daily newspaper "Pobjeda". The deadline for receiving the prize is December 10, 2021.
The winners of the prize will be contacted by phone, and the prize will be available at the main office of Hipotekarna Bank in Podgorica (address: Josipa Broza Tita no. 67).
Other conditions
In case that the winner of the main prize does not respond to the invitation until December 10, 2021, which is the deadline for collecting the prize, the prize(s) will be drawn again by using the appropriate database of the contest participants.
If the winner of the award is a minor, the prize shall be handed over to the legal representative upon showing the birth certificate as proof of the status of the legal representative.
The prize fund of more than 500.00 euros, which is not used after the end of the prize contest, will be sold at a public auction, and the proceeds from the sale will be paid into the budget of Montenegro within 90 days from the deadline for collecting prizes.
The RULES of the prize contest for the owners of the Hipotekarna Bank Premium Mastercards "Pay and drive Premium" will be published on September 9, 2021, in the daily newspaper “Pobjeda” and on the Hipotekarna bank website www.hipotekarnabanka.com.
In case of a dispute regarding this prize contest, the court in Podgorica has jurisdiction.
